Rib Eye CAP

We had a party of 10…..the food was magnificent and the service was, as well! One of the top restaurants in Laguna Beach! Will be back for sure!! Highly recommend!!

The gnocchi dish is unbelievably delicious! The sauce is a creamy marinara, which has just the right notes of acidity, sweetness, while the mushrooms add a delightful umami flavor. The gnocchi are soft and melt in your mouth, with a slight amount of seasoning to allow the potato taste to come through. It's a brilliant dish and calls to mind a meal you would expect at a fine-dining restaurant in Tuscany. This gnocchi dish deserves it's own place as an Entrée, so my only suggestion for improvement would be to remove this dish from the Maro's Apps section and add it as a main entrée, increasing the portions in the process.

Rib Eye CAP

My boyfriend & I love MAROS wood grill !!!! Our ALL TIME FAVORITE! We drive all the way from Palm Springs to eat here! 🥺🔥 Last time one of the servers recommended the rib eye cab, It was so delicious my mans new favorite!

Grilled Spanish Octopus Salad

Every dish I tried I really enjoyed, however the Octopus salad was absolutely spectacular! One of the best I have ever had. Perfectly tender and the assortment all blended very well together.

Beef Empanada

I tried multiple dishes and I must say.. each one was better than the next. I can't wait to bring my family and friends back. I am ordering food to go as we speak. Service and ambiance was perfection!!

Rack of Lamb

My husband had the rack of lamb & I had the Wagyu steak. Both were fabulous!! The steak came with all the grilled veggies (delicious). We split the gnocchi for an app — perfect! Staff extremely friendly & professional. We will be back (with a backgammon set!)

Maro Wood Grill is absolutely amazing. First of all, I'm a big fan of organic and sustainable foods, so they won me over with that. Second I love wood-grilled food. I had the rack of lamb medium rare with shishito peppers and a glass of Pino Noir. I was in food heaven everything came out perfect I can't wait to go back.
